Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 12:00 noon.

All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

The hotel's bell staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable.

You can cancel your reservations with no penalty up to 48 hours before check-in. Within the 48 hour window, cancellations will be charged one night room and tax. If a guest does not check-in on their arrival date, a “no-show” fee of one night room and tax will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the hotel. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE SECON 2017 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms reserved.
